Scaravelli Inspired Yoga with Anil Rawal

Unit 4 Yoga and Natural Health Centre

Must Yoga be hard work to be valuable? Is stetching good for us, or is it a route to injury? What yoga is useful if we want to improve our everyday movement and deal with stress ? How can we incorporate mindfulness into Yoga? This weekly class at Unit 4 will enable us to explore these questions through Yoga. Expect an enjoyable and interesting journey of discovery. This is a late evening class and it will include restful poses which will leave you in a relaxed state. Suitable for all abilities including complete beginners. Anil trained in London on the London Yoga Teacher Training Course with Chloe Fremantle and Anne-Marie Zulkahari, and is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga.

This enables you to find your own unique way to practice yoga. Elements of the work will look and feel familiar to anyone who has practiced yoga before but are introduced and explored in a new way, bringing fluidity into your everyday movement.
