MUY THAI-KICKBOXING training. get fit-learn skills- relieve stress
Enjoy a great workout using some of the techniques of Muy Thai and Kickboxing training. A typical class includes a warm up, stretching, conditioning bag work, pad work conditioning footwork a cool down and stretching. Punch and kick your way to relieve some stress, learn Muy Thai techniques and get fit. If it's your first time, please come a few minutes early to complete the waiver and put on hand wraps. ( if you don't have hand wraps, you can borrow some for the first class. They can also be purchased for $10)

This Group is for those Dance and Fitness enthusiasts in Scarborough who are looking for more individualized dance and fitness instruction that smaller class sizes will provide. Also, for some of our activities like Latin Dances ( Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba ), Calisthenics and Belly Dance, Scarberians no longer have to travel far for quality instruction.

Some of our activities include… Dance instruction in Salsa, Cuban Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Dance Socials, Belly Dance, Ballroom, Zumba, Socacize, Bootcamps, YOGA, Cardio Kickboxing, and Reggaecise.
