After conducting two introductory sessions last month, I am very excited to finally announce the start of our 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program!!!
The course will start tomorrow, on October 11th, 2017, at 7pm, and will have 8 sessions running every Wednesday at the same time (please refer to consecutive meet-ups for exact dates).
