"I did not know how much I needed this chair yoga class until I did it," said a new yoga student with knee pain. Chair yoga includes postures sitting in a chair and standing, breathing exercises and meditation. Designed for people over 60 and those with medical conditions, students report statistically significant improvement in their posture, strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing plus reduction in their pain. Yoga has been scientifically proven to help more than 75 health conditions and NIH is spending millions of dollars to continue the research. We laugh and have fun too. Join us!
