The Scottsdale/Paradise Valley Fitness Friends is about getting fit and staying fit together! We love going for group hikes, walks and bike rides as well as trying new fitness classes together ... or anything active! And we're all about the fun!
Our activities are welcome to all fitness levels, beginner to advanced, and we're always open to ideas for meetups.
Come make some new friends, and please bring some of your own ;) ... we're all about staying active and healthy, while having fun together!

POUND Rockout Workout at Dance Fusion

COME ROCK OUT AND WORKOUT WITH BRIT!! Become one with the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. POUND for a Purpose! at The Yard (Culinary Dropout ~ Phoenix)

Hey Superheroes! Grab your friends (ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME) and join us for Pound for a Purpose - lead by Fitness Instructor, Brit Hall. Channel your inner rockstar at this cardio class that will have you sweating to the beat of your own invisible drum. That's right! You will be rocking this workout with drumsticks (which will be provided). Wait it gets better...After your workout refuel with breakfast while enjoying a complimentary beverage (mimosa, Blood Mary, beer or non-alcoholic beverage). All proceeds from this event benefit The Greater Purpose Project, School Heroes Program! The Greater Purpose Project is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization (Tax ID[masked]). The mission of #GPP's School Heroes Program is to inspire students of all backrounds to discover their inner Superhero! We provide students with the tools they need to use their talents, skills, differences (Super Powers) to help others! We work with schools to develop their own student-lead Greater Purpose Projects that benefit their local and global communities. Students that participate in service are more likely to graduate high school and less likely to engage in risky behavior (i.e. drug/alcohol use, teen pregnancy, crime). In 2018 we worked with 1800 students on Greater Purpose Projects. Lakeside Walk at Chaparral Park

Chaparral Park

Join us for a Sunday morning lakeside walk at Chaparral Park! We'll meet up in front of the Chaparral Park Aquatic Center for a 9:00am step off. The route will circle the lake two times which is slightly less than 2-miles total distance. Convenient parking is available in the lot located at 8075 E. Jackrabbit Road, Scottsdale, 85250. The Aquatic Center is at the south end of this lot. Remember to bring along water and dress appropriately for walking and weather.

Saturday Morning Short & Easy Hike ~ Phoenix Mountain Preserve

Phoenix Mountain Preserve - 40th St. Trailhead

Come out and get your weekend started right with a short hike on along one of our beautiful valley trails! This week we will be meeting at the Phoenix Mountain Preserve Trail head just south of Shea Blvd. on 40th Street. We will be following trail 100 for an out and back of just about 2 miles, with little elevation. Hike will begin at 8:00 AM. We will gather at the covered tables on the south side of the parking lot. Bring water, wear shoes for trail~walking and dress for the weather.
