A Wild Adventure

HOLIDAY BOAT PARADE AT TEMPE TOWN LAKE
Saturday, Dec. 13th 5:30pm. Meet us at Tempe Town Lake for a festive parade of 50 decorated boats. Bring a beverage of your choice for the "After Dark lawn party". Make some new friends, and celebrate the Holidays.

WHERE TO PARK:
The Watermark Building (430 N. Scottsdale Road)
SW Corner of Scottsdale Road and Playa del Norte,
has ample public parking in their garage.
Meet at 5:15 - 5:30 PM in front of the office building entrance.
We will leave promptly at 5:30 (before dark) to walk to a lakeside viewing spot.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring a BLANKET or warm Throw & fold-up CHAIR to sit on and your own beverage for the After Dark Lawn Party, before the parade.
No glass containers or visible alcohol please.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
It will be cool!!

Jingle & MIngle Festive Happy Hour in Old Towne Scottsdale! Starting at a fun Christmas bar - Gilligins - and then we take a stroll down the canal with the Holiday lights!

It's Thirsty Thursday. Come out and make some new friends! Celebrate the season!!

Meet at 5pm at Gilligins - Old Towne. One of my most favorite "dive bars" (said with love...). Giligins has been family owned and operated since the day it opened in August of 1995! Two brothers brought their small business dreams to Scottsdale and opened a bar that would end up being a destination for patrons of all ages.
Currently carry 38 tap beers, and over 900 unique liquor options, Including 450+ Whiskies and over 100 Tequilas on hand daily!

Come anytime between 5 and 6'ish.

Around 6:30 or 7pm we will take a nice stroll down the beautifully decorated canal - just a short walk from Gilligin's Bar.

Moon Valley has a Christmas Light Decoration Contest that would make Clark Griswold green with envy.
Come join our friend Jack, our bike host! - for this festive ride!!

They also have a nice series of bike friendly streets.
We’ll take a leisurely ride through the neighborhood ooohhhhing and ahhhhing at the variety of displays covering about 10 miles on mostly flat streets and cul-de-sac’s.
This is a very social ride so the pace will be slow and the conversation high. Feel free to decorate your bike and yourself.

5pm We’ll start with dinner at Vegan & Vine.

6:30pm If you prefer to ONLY come on the ride, no problem - plan to be at our starting point behind the restaurant in front of Safeway no later than 6:30.
Kick Stands Up at 6:30 p.m. in the Parking Lot behind the restaurant
The ride will end at the starting point (well isn't that convenient!).

SAFETY FIRST!! HELMETS are REQUIRED because your brain is the only thing getting you home and you can't stay at my house. Also, front and rear LIGHTS are REQUIRED unless your bike is decorated by Jeannette. Bring plenty of water and I suggest dressing warm. It will get cool at night on a bicycle, but no fear, we'll warm you up after the ride. (Ken, bring the flame thrower).

As if this really needs to be said......but Joe told me to say it. You are responsible for you. Ride your own ride. We will regularly stop and allow stragglers to catch up so there is no need to ride with abandon.

Jingle & MIngle Festive Holiday PUB CRAWL - Old Towne Scottsdale
We hit 3 jolly tree-mendous Christmas Pop-Up bars where the holiday decorations are over-the-top. Ever notice that the week OF Christmas - there is never much happening (it's all before...). Now we can continue with the holiday spirit until the big man comes down the chimney.

Meet at 5pm'ish at THE NORTH POLE (Porter's Western Saloon). Which has been magically transformed into a Christmas wonderland with Grinch-themed decorations, offering a festive and cozy ambiance.

Then we wander down the street to the MIRACLE BAR (Hilton Garden Inn), for festive cocktails (including delicious non-alcoholic options), seasonal bites, and over-the-top holiday décor!!

Then it's on to (walking a few blocks) to 50 SHADES OF CHRISTMAS featuring Whoville! (aka 50 Shades of Rose). Over-the-top decorations!!

Hopefully we can get into all these fun places.
Weather you've been naughty or nice, come and get into the ♥ spirit.
Wear a Santa hat and your Ugly Sweater (or something festive). Don't know anyone?? - well, we will fix that. Come make some new friends.
Life is too short to watch Christmas Hallmark movies on the sofa - come and find a wild adventure!
