Scratch (https://scratch.mit.edu/) is a programming language that makes it easy for learners to create their own interactive digital media.
Scratch Educator Meetups are participatory professional learning experiences for educators who want to learn more about teaching with Scratch.
The meetup is free and includes a light breakfast. You do not need any prior experience to attend.
In this meetup, we will:
- Share strategies for integrating Scratch into classroom practice
- Explore the core ideas underlying Scratch
- Self-organize into different interest groups and hands-on activities
