What we’re about

We discuss topics of interest to agile practitioners or those who would like to know more about agile. We aim to be participative - one session a month is an online general discussion. Come to learn and share!

The Scrum Beers Halifax Meetup Group has been meeting online (through Zoom or Teams) for a few years now as of December 2022 and will be holding some in-person meetings in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 2023. We look forward to meeting you online and in-person.

Speaker Profile:
Marc Charron is an expert in value stream management and Lean-Agile coaching at scale.

Among the early adopters of Value Stream Management with SAFe and FLOW principles since 2016, Flow Framework and Tasktop Hub in 2020, Value Stream Management in 2021 and Tasktop Viz and Flow Advisor in 2023. More recently, Marc became a Flow Framework Ambassador in the Flow Framework Community.

Marc helps leaders, executives and team members align their solutions and portfolios with the company's strategy and their customers' needs.
Since 2016, he has been helping his customers improve their product development processes using the FLOW principles of second-generation Lean.

He has led eight successful SAFe transformations and trained 750 people in 42 SAFe certification courses in North America and Europe.
