Organizational Change Through Learning - Creating Your Dojo

Details

From Capital One to Target, Dojos are being used to drive continuous learning at some of the largest organizations in the world. Come and hear how Joel Tosi, who literally wrote the book on Dojos (along with Dion Stewart), has helped transform organizations using this powerful tool, and learn how to drive this same type of change for your organization as well. Joel will be joined by Chris Gallivan, who is the Dojo champion at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, to talk about some real life examples of Dojos in action.
