System Thinking: Disegna il tuo problema

Il framework LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) di Craig Larman e Bas Vodde poggia le fondamenta su 10 principi: uno di questi è il System Thinking.

In questo workshop interattivo si introdurrà uno dei tanti tool messi a disposizione dal System Thinking: i Causal Loop Diagram, una tecnica semplice ma molto potente per analizzare i problemi, dipanare le complessità e mostrare le connessioni nascoste. Questi diagrammi sono un ottimo strumento collaborativo per far emergere le influenze tra le variabili di un sistema e verificare le assunzioni e gli schemi che governano il comportamento dei sistemi.

Alla fine del workshop i partecipanti avranno a disposizione un ottimo tool per capire quali sono i fattori su cui intervenire per introdurre dei cambiamenti nei processi o nella organizzazione o all'interno dei prossimi Sprint, se, come suggerito da LeSS, viene usato nelle Retrospective.

Questo meetup, basato su un workshop creato da Shaun Smith nel 2015, è il primo di una serie di tre incontri che affronteranno, nel corso del 2017, i dieci principi di LeSS in modo molto pratico e interattivo.

About the workshop facilitator

Massimo Sarti is in the IT industry from Sinclair ZX81, TI99/4A and Apple II ages. Since Nineties, he used and promoted RAD, RUP, Iterative Development, XP and, more recently, Scrum, Lean IT, BDD, Kanban and 3X. He is CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP and CLP. He is the organiser of the Scrum meetup group in Roma created for helping people to bridge the Agile knowledge gap. He currently works as an IT and Project Manager in a not-for-profit association based in London. He continually seeks to learn and improve himself.
