Sharing session about scrum, facilitated by Hugo Messer

In this session, Hugo will share some knowledge and experience about agile, scrum, distributed agile. There will be a short presentation and then we break out into groups to discuss separate topics.

Another scrum trainer, Rizky Syaiful, will be joining our meetup. He will facilitate one of the group discussions.

We'll group into 2 groups:

A. Discuss scrum framework

This group is for people wanting to know about scrum, how it works, what it can bring, how to arrange roles, events, artifacts.

B. Exchange challenges and solutions

This group is for practitioners (PO's, scrum masters, developers) who face specific challenges in their day to day work with scrum (or other frameworks). You will get a chance to get views from other practitioners on how they solved the problems you are facing.

The goal of each team is to create a presentation to the rest about their topics. This can be slides, drawings, dancing, a talk, anything creative. Each team will create a discussion/learning backlog. There will be a Scrum master per team, to facilitate the discussion (he is a subject matter expert on the theme).
