DESCRIPTION:
The amount of companies with agile experience in Poland grows. So does the understanding that any change under “let’s be agile” or “we started Scrum” signs touches the HR domain. Talent development, engagement or performance management are just a beginning of a long list that really matters when you it comes to be successful in any transformation.

The way in which software products are developed nowadays requires quite conscious development of work environment at the same time. We may ask what? and how? over and over again. On this very first Scrumvival HR we will start with why?

Why do we even bother to become an agile company?
Why agile software development works at all?
Why work environment needs a nudge?

The level of details will grow as we proceed with the meeting. We can be sure that one Scrumvival HR won’t be enough…
