I learned about permaculture, more the existence of, rather than techniques, from people at farmer's markets and friends of friends.
I found this group through a friend I met at a Slow Food Seacoast workshop.
I would love to learn some permaculture techniques and how to apply them to my home and garden. Also how to implement the permaculture "big picture" in my life as a whole.
I would certainly love teaching people how to make continuous brewing set-ups for Kombucha because it is healthier, more economical, cleaner, safer, more consistent, and more fun! You really get to know your SCOBY ;) although it has nothing to do with permaculture so it might be a useless skill to you guys!
My name is Carina and I'm a microbe farmer! I enjoy all kinds of fermentation, especially my Big Daddy Kombucha SCOBY :) I also love to spend time with, and talk to, the plants in my raised bed vegetable garden.
