Pitch Deconstruction - Practicing the details

Details
Practicing your pitch is a critical task for startups. Often there is a significant difference between what the Founders say and what the investors hear. What are the investors looking for in the startup pitch? What are the ways that they translate what they hear?
The pitch deconstruction workshop will have 3 investors from the Seattle Angel Conference (Elaine Werfeli , Allen Nieman) who will help startup founders understand what the pitch communicated. We will do a series of one minute pitches for any startup in the room that wants to pitch. The audience will vote on the top pitches. We will then hear three minute pitches from those startups. The investor panel will then deconstruct what they heard and why it was important to them (or distracting). This is a great way to get feedback on your startup idea.
