Join the League of Extraordinary Minions and get into the Steampunk Exhibition Ball for FREE! Positions are as follows:

Setup & Strike (4:45-7:45PM, 12:20-2:15AM) - Want to help but not miss any part of the Ball? Then this is the job for you! Setup involves unloading supplies from the truck, delivering items around the museum, and making things look tidy. Strike goes quickly when the same setup crew helps with putting things away. Usually less than an hour at the end of the night is needed for clean-up and loading the truck.

Ambassador - Helping people find where things are at the event, making sure no one is trying to sneak in, making sure no minors are drinking alcohol.

Usher - Helping people in and near the penny-ante theater, including passing out and gathering voting ballots.

Coat Check/Hospitality - Checking coats, answering questions

Bellhop - The gatekeeper of the elevator. Mostly this will involve making sure no drinks go above the first floor and that only VIPs go to the fourth floor (drinks allowed there). As it is a glass elevator, you will likely have the best seat in the house for people watching.

Parking (*) - Directing traffic in MOHAI parking lot, directing attendees to overflow parking lots and answering questions about shuttle service.

(*) Indicates hours count toward Silver Volunteer Status at CSPC.

Early(7:30-10:30) and Late(10:15-1:15) shifts available.

Thank you,
Ellen Whitwell
