December 2020 Seattle ColdFusion User Group Meeting

This meeting features an hands-on deep-dive into interacting with the Thinkific API.

Thinkific is one of the top platforms for online course delivery. This meetup builds upon the concepts shared at the October 2020 Seattle ColdFusion User Group Meeting to provide a hands-on experience interacting with the Thinkific API. You will learn how to interact with Thinkific's API to:

• Add a User to a Thinkific Account
• Update a User in a Thinkific Account
• List Users in a Thinkific Account
• List Courses a User is Subscribed
• Add an Enrollment and set a course enrollment expiration date
• List Courses

We will be using Postman (https://www.postman.com/) to interact with the Thinkific API. You will use Postman to import the Thinkific Admin API's YAML file, and interact with the Thinkific API Postman. Attendees will need to create a free Postman account (if needed) prior to the meeting.

Examples will be demonstrated at this meeting to show how to leverage what is available from the Thinkific API with your ColdFusion application.
