Quick question for next event, and updates

Hey all,

I've been MIA for a couple of weeks while finishing up the school term but am now back and have updated the tentative calendar with shows for the summer. I may have to adjust some or may be busy at some point, but will be trying to do anything listed if at all possible. Events will be posted a little closer to the actual dates, especially if there is any dependency on reviews.

On a different front I wanted to quickly poll opinions for those that might have them on the next movie event (presumably July 3rd). I was originally going to do Transformers, but between a couple of alternative postings for it and the reviews sucking pretty hard (I'm sure it could still be fun, just with as much substance as a Paris Hilton music video), I was considering setting up The Hangover instead, which has been very well received. I have not seen it/put on an event myself, and apparently the one I deferred to before met with SNAFU. If some people still haven't seen it and would like to do that instead, then I can set it up and let other people handle the giant robots blowing stuff up. Let me know if you have any preferences there. I will post it soon.

I'd also like to know if there is interest in maybe doing an outdoor movie at the Seattle center. There are a few series of outdoor showings in this area but those ones are free (except maybe parking) and large enough that there is always room even if a crowd shows. Obviously weather has to be agreeable but if there is interest there I will try to post one of those as well (was eyeing Kung Fu Panda, since I sat through Princess Bride last year).

If anyone has questions or comments feel free to let me know (though as usual, no promises), and in any case, I hope everyone has a good start to their summer.

- Will
