The theme for learning about the practice of patience and how to overcome frustration. Taught by Gen Khedrub, a western Buddhist monk for over 20 years and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Washington.
These FREE weekly classes provide an opportunity to learn how to meditate and how to use our experience of meditation to positively affect all aspects of our daily life.
Class size ranges from 10-20 people each week, with many regulars.
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and experience true happiness and relaxation.
Gen Khedrub has been ordained as a Buddhist monk since 1995.
