How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

I run for pleasure and so I can eat and drink without too much guilt.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

2014 was a rebuilding year, and I was just getting back into it after a knee injury.

Evening during the week, and morning for long runs on weekends
