Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?
My plan for 2017 is to take better care of my body. 8 years of pounding my body appears to be taking its toll and I would like to get back to running feeling good again. Putting an emphasis on sleep, training smarter not harder, putting better ingredients into my body and making more of an effort to get to know my running friends. Races on my calendar at this point is the LSH this spring (training race), the Boston Marathon in April, Ragnar Relay NWP (#GreenStreaks!), possibly an ultra in August and the rest is TBD...Big goals would be to become a stronger runner, increase my fitness/stamina and make strides toward having fun!
