How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

I've been running for about 8 months, with some breaks in between. I'd like to run a marathon one day and a <22 minute 5K.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I got close to a half marathon with 12 miles no walking, but soon after experienced an ankle injury that prevented me from running for a bit over a month. I'm currently recovering and getting back into the habit of running. For someone with very little running experience, I made some great progress in 2017.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

I'd like to complete a half marathon in less than 2 hours. No races planned yet!

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?

Schedule in the evenings or the weekends. I prefer evening/night runs.

We’d like nothing more than to have you joining us for runs. How can we best support you in helping you get the most out of running?

I like runs of varying distances. As I'm still a newbie, I'm almost a turtle so being tolerant of slow pace is helpful.
