How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?
On and off for the last 4 years. Current goals are to run all 12 Hood to Coast legs and complete half/full marathons.
How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?
It was an off year, my roommates were into lifting so I did that. This year so far has been much better, and I ran my best Hood to Coast.
Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?
Not yet, just moved to the area so this group is kind of my way to find out about races.
What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?
Just having runs that are friendly for a 9-5 work schedule.
