How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?
Health, weight loss, and it makes me feel great. I'm motivated by my goal of running a sub-5:00 mile.
How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?
Just getting back into running. I've been running on and off for the last few months.

All distances are fine. My only planned race is a mile race in july.
