I just started running last year and I'm looking to improve. I'm in need of running partners--motivation and accountibility (pushing, prodding). It's the getting out the door that's the creaky part. Once there it's all good.

How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

The London marathon. If I did marathons.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Finished my first half marathon, 10k and 2 warrior dashes. Goal for 2013: AZ rock n roll half marathon and birch bat half marathon signed up for and coming fast. Main goal: run faster, be fearless.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

13.1 miles Maybe by a bit, no burning yearning for the Full yet.

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?

Morning and afternoon on weekends. Evening is good for weekdays.

We’d like nothing more than to have you joining us for runs. How can we best support you in helping you get the most out of running?

By keeping me accountable. Running buddies and set run times really help me.
