How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

I've been running consistently for about ten (!) years. The next big goal is to run a 100 miler, but my body might not let me.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

2017 was a mixed bag. I ran the Boston marathon, which was an amazing experience, and completed my second 50 miler (with a PR), but the ankle arthritis I've been dealing with my whole life was aggravated and brought a lot of my future running plans into question.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

The main goal for the year is to try to find a level of running intensity I can sustain without making my arthritic ankle any worse. Races I'm tentatively planning are the Vancouver half and Beacon Rock 25k.

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?

No problems here, I've been to over 900 of them. :)

Continue to provide motivation, camaraderie, commiseration, encouragement and advice.
