Hello! I love to run (slowly) and do Tri's!

How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

I've been running regularly since about 2009, I run to keep in shape and keep my health in check with high cholesterol I have to do something and running is a part of doing just that. My motivation comes from knowing that my health is in my hands and especially having others to run with.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I was able to get over my PF ('16) & knee ('17) injuries only to have a hip (Oct '17) injury come into play. :'( I'm taking 2018 to be a more healthy well rounded athlete.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

Run healthy first and foremost, improve my speed is second.

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?

Typically I get in 2 runs a week. I love to get up and run and have the rest of the day, but I often find myself enjoying a good run after a day of work.

We’d like nothing more than to have you joining us for runs. How can we best support you in helping you get the most out of running?

I'm looking to run pain free in 2018 and get back to having the 10k be my weekly long run (Sat Mid-Mornings)... I'm hoping to keep up helping to motivate the others in the group to keep coming back so that I can keep having others to run with.
