(pronounced Ria) I heart running! 21x half marathoner, 2x marathoner, 7x relayer, and love the 5k!

How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

I've been running for almost 25 years now, wow, I sound so old. I didn't start running seriously until 2006, and still have a ton left to accomplish including a sub 4 hour marathon, run Boston, and generally run for the rest of my life.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Running the NYC Marathon after recovering from a grade 2 ankle sprain (#trampolinjury) and high hamstring tendonitis.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

Stay healthy! Do not get injured. Do not sprain an ankle. Eugene Marathon 2018 and a fall marathon.

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?


We’d like nothing more than to have you joining us for runs. How can we best support you in helping you get the most out of running?

Building me a bubble to run/walk in to avoid injuries.
