No matter what is keeping you stuck or weighed down in life, Una’s techniques, drawn from her training in Expressive Arts Therapy and years of spiritual and coaching work, will help you connect to your own flow state and draw on your own creative spirit for answers. Bring a blank sketchbook and colored pens, pencils or watercolor paints, or use the materials provided ($10 materials fee if you choose this option).
