This mindfulness meditation at the Wounded Warrior Project office in Seattle is open to active-duty military and veterans, family support members, and the local community. Mindfulness meditation has the potential to reduce stress and anxiety, sharpen your attention and focus, and feel more connected to yourself and others. It will take place, 2 – 3 Tuesdays or Thursdays a month, from 11:30 – 12:00 in the office conference room.
