Net Objectives has been doing scaled Agile for almost a decade – well before SAFe existed. In doing that we discovered the activities and mindset for achieving Agile at scale – what we call the Lean-Agile Framework. SAFe works because it helps to achieve this. This webinar discusses what it takes to be effective at scale and how SAFe achieves this.

About our speaker:
Al Shalloway is the founder and CEO of Net Objectives. With over 40 years of experience, Al is an industry thought leader in Lean, Kanban, product portfolio management, Scrum and agile design. He helps companies effectively adopt Lean and Agile methods enterprise-wide.
Al is a SAFe Program Consultant, and one of the three principle contributors of Scaled Agile Framework. He is also a co-founder and board member for the Lean Software and Systems Consortium.
He is the primary author of Design Patterns Explained; Lean-Agile Pocket Guide for Scrum, and Lean-Agile Software Development.

He is a popular speaker at prestigious conferences worldwide. He has a Masters in Computer Science from M.I.T. as well as a Masters in Mathematics from Emory University.
