What we're about

Covid Update: We are meeting online! During these Stay Home Stay Safe times, our chorus has switched to online rehearsals every Tuesday night from 7pm to about 8:30pm. A typical week includes a guest speaker, some vocal warm-ups, and some singing. Please join us!

Love to sing? Do you rock out in the car? So do we! The Seattle SeaChordsmen Men's Barbershop Chorus is a group of 30+ or so men ranging in age from 18 to 70+ who meet weekly to harmonize, have fun, and hone our a cappella singing skills! We perform a cappella arrangements of all styles of music from 40’s standards to Beatles to modern musical theater and we share the same love of music and dedication to excellence. You'll love us - and our sound!

Every week, our professionally trained director provides what is essentially a master class in vocal performance and technique, along with a generous dose of humor. If you love to sing - even if you haven't sung since High School or College - or if you miss singing with some powerful, loving, dedicated singers, give us a try! The SeaChordsmen welcome singers who want to enjoy the friendship and good vibrations generated by close harmony singing.

We love to have people visit – all are welcome, and no audition is necessary to join in!

When we return to in-person rehearsals we look forward to seeing you at the Queen Anne Baptist Church at 2011 First Avenue N, Seattle, WA on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Until then, please join our virtual rehearsals online on Tuesday events from 7:00pm - 8:00 / 8:30pm.

And remember, what happens with the Seattle SeaChordsmen -- should happen to YOU!
