What we’re about
Photographers who join Seattle Street Photographers are committed to using their skills in the photographic art to capture the human activity and physical environment of the Emerald City from the streets and other public areas of the city. Street and urban photography is all we do in this meetup group. If you are not at a place in your journey in photography where you can make that commitment, join another meet up group. Our street photography is project directed in order to work together as a group to develop our skills and produce quality photographic imagery for exhibition and publication.

Welcome to Seattle Street Photography! We have been meeting monthly for more than 9 years and would love to see your street photography. We usually meet on Zoom on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 6:45-8:45pm to share and discuss our images.
This month we will be briefly discussing how to go forward with renewing Meetup with a new host organizer name and how to pay for dues, etc. 7pm suggested start time for business meeting that may last 15-30 minutes. So it is suggested that we start with slide show no later than 7:30.
Participants may submit up to 6 street photos in JPEG format. We will have discussion/friendly critique of these images. The vertical dimension of the images should be 1440 pixels. The images will be sequenced according to the file names, in alphabetical order.
Also you can also have one strong image to show to the group from another photographer to discuss how the image might have been created. So you would upload 7 images.
Send JPEG files to bullion-flab0z[at]icloud.com by the day before the meeting. The files may be attached or embedded in the message individually, or grouped in a ZIP archive.
- Leave message if you are having difficulty uploading images.
