Let's get this meetup back up and running

Google and Microsoft are both hosting events on the September 13th. Microsoft is hosting the MS Edge Summit (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/microsoft-edge-web-summit-2017-registration-36231561576). Google is hosting the Google Cloud Summit (https://cloudplatformonline.com/summit-seattle-2017.html) the same day. Let's meet up the night before for dinner and/or drinks and talk about performance and steps to get the Seattle Web Performance meetup active again.

There is no scheduled talk, but we're hoping performance people from Google, Microsoft, Catchpoint, Instart Logic, out-of-towners (and in-towners) attending either summit, and you will be in attendance. Hope to see you there.

Estelle will grab a table at 6:00 pm, and will be there until at least 8:00 pm.
