Seattle Eastside Skiing and Snowboarding Meetup Pages

Welcome! - This group is for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels to meet others who love also love the mountains! Our common interest is a passion for skiing or snowboarding and our goal is simple… to get out on the slopes and have FUN!

During the snow season we'll hold monthly meetings (mixers/happy hours), organize day & weekend trips, car-pools, etc. Occasionally, we may schedule trips out of the area; like Whistler, Idaho, Tahoe, Oregon, Colorado etc). We'll also partner with other ski clubs or Meetup groups for local and out-of-area events.

Anyone who wants to assist with organizing an event or get-togethers can become an Assistant Organizer, just email the Main Organizer.

Mostly singles, but anyone is welcome to join; singles, couples, families; all ages. Guys, don't be creepy... this isn't a dating website. Everyone's expected to act as adults. If attending an event or trip, remember that just because there's an "organizer" it doesn't mean that they're responsible for doing everything for you (they don't get paid and this isn't their full-time job). Only YOU are responsible for you having a good time (or not) and also making your own arrangements to do so. (i.e. if you miss a meeting time, just ski & have fun, until the next meeting time) If you're joining a ride-share, be on-time and pitch in at least your fair share of gas. If you're more than a couple minutes late, don't be surprised if you missed the ride.

Whether new to the area or a long-term Seattle resident. Sign-up, watch for the meetup postings & get ready for another GREAT snow season with a bunch of new friends on the mountain!!
