About us
Seattle Eastside Ski/Ride Meetup Group
Meet other local skiers & snowboarders to get out and enjoy the mountains. We offer both local and out-of-area ski & snowboard trips, carpools, weekend ski houses, regular social events, and advice to save you $ on lift tickets. We welcome skiers and boarders of all skill levels. Come join us on the slopes!
Unless you own the Epic or Ikon pass - or an alternative pass issued by individual ski areas, most resorts will likely be operating with rules where these pass holders have first rights on the mtns. if they start reaching capacity (usually holidays/wknds). So with La Nina in the forecast for this winter, we know there are a lot of you that will be getting up to your favorite resort. So get out and enjoy everything the Mountains have to offer. And see ya on the slopes! Stay safe & healthy everyone!!

Skiing and Food themed trip in the French/Swiss Alps
Avoriaz, Morzine, FRJoin “Saveur the Journey” for a Ski/Snowboard and food themed trip to the French and Swiss Alps March 5-13, 2027. We will ski/board the "Portes du Soleil (Doors of the Sun)," 12 interconnected resorts in the French and Swiss Alps encompassing over 650 km of slopes and 200 lifts, making it one of the largest skiable areas in the world and perfect for those looking to challenge themselves "off-piste" or cruise long, scenic groomers! The Portes du Soleil benefit from a microclimate between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc that generates substantial amounts of snow, often receiving the highest totals for the French Alps. In addition to great skiing and riding we will enjoy the culinary delights such as fondue, raclette, tartiflette, local sausages, mountain trout, winter salads, pastries, charcuterie, crusty baguettes, and great wines. After a day of shredding on the mountain visit the charming ski town of Morzine for an "après ski" or relax in a luxury post-and-beam chalet overlooking the valley with a glass of wine, hors-d’œuvres, and new friends!
