Volunteer Prep Meetup for Seattle RailsBridge

Come volunteer at the next Seattle RailsBridge Rails for Women Workshop (https://www.meetup.com/SeattleRailsBridge/events/16691509)!

There will be a teach/teaching assistant meeting on Wednesday, March 30th at 6:00 pm, location: Blue Box Group, 206 1st Ave South #300 to prepare for the workshop. The meeting will take approximately 75 minutes and pizza will be served.

We're looking for volunteers familiar with Rails to help with the following on April 22nd-23rd:

Installation Fest:

Help workshop attendees install Rails and its dependencies on Friday, April 22nd from 6:30-9:00 PM

Workshop:

Teach or TA for small groups on Saturday, April 23rd, 9:30-4:00 PM

Other volunteer activities we need help with:

Attendee registration

Letting people in the building

Set up equipment

Monitor play-area

Closing-down, post-workshop

Plenty of things we didn't list so please come help in any way you can
