After a really enjoyable evening hosting in my home on August 10, I want to make another feast while you enjoy the great sunset view from the deck!
The evening should have the privacy of a dinner party, with the thoughtful innovative dishes of a top restaurant, the difference being you can talk to myself about the ingredients and the recipes I've used, and maybe meet some new interesting friends :)

Course 1 - Watermelon Sorbet - Premium rum with watermelon, pineapple, and limejuice served with pickled watermelon rind.
Course 2 - Cajun Crab Stuffed Pepperoncini - Pepperoncini stuffed with cream cheese and crabmeat
Course 3 - Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Course 4 - Garden Salad - Mesclun Salad with crispy bacon, pimento cheese, tomatoes, and a chipotle sherry vinaigrette
Course 5 - Seafood Gumbo - A hearty spicy stew with large shrimp, andouile sausage, crawfish, onion, carrot, tomatoes, and celery (no okra) served with Grits.
