Join us for a mindfulness of sound meditation. In our 20 minute meditation, we'll pay attention to ambient sounds with mindful, nonjudgmental attention. This is a great way to learn that stimuli that we judge to be negative (i.e. noise) can be perceived in a friendly and even joyful way.

There will be a discussion after the meditation.
