Secure Austin 2018: Changing the Corporate Security Culture

Come join us for our first new event under the new name, Secure Austin. Our speaker will be the Director of Security at FirstCare Health Plans, Morgan Reece. Morgan has worked in IT for over 25 years over 10 years leading security teams, having worked for a number of high tech and healthcare organizations in Austin. His experience includes system administration, network engineering, infrastructure security, and desktop support. Morgan currently is the Director of IT Security/Security Officer with FirstCare Health Plans. He has spent the past 2 years at FirstCare building the security team and developing the security program to include Privilege Account Management, Identity Access Management, Incident Response Team, Vulnerability Management, User Behavior Analysis, and End User Awareness Program.

His presentation on "Changing the Corporate Security Culture" will go over the User Awareness Training Program he put in place at his company, reviewing how he did it and the benefits associated.
