Come and knit a scarf for the homeless!

Over 8,000 people are expected to have slept rough in London this year alone. Help us provide some warmth this winter at our Christmas Knitathon!

Come and join us on 5th December to knit a scarf for a homeless person this Christmas. Our expert will be on hand to guide you through the basics of knitting. Some yarn and needles will be provided, but if you have any spare, please bring it along!

Tea, coffee and nibbles will be available. We just ask for a small donation of at least £2 on entry.

All scarves and proceeds will be donated to the North London Action for the Homeless (http://www.nlah.org.uk/), a drop-in centre to feed and support homeless people in the borough of Hackney.
