Apprenticeship at HolidayCheck

Wolfram Kriesing wird uns von seinem Lieblingsprojekt bei HolidayCheck erzählen: Das Apprenticeship Program! Damit ihr euch besser vorstellen könnt was euch erwartet, hier ein kleines Zitat und Wolframs Beschreibung des Projekts:

Masha, one of the apprentices who last joined HolidayCheck, wrote this on her blog, where she blogs every day about her apprenticeship. Let me share with you what this means and what you can do day-in, day-out at the HolidayCheck Apprenticeship program.

At HolidayCheck we realized soon that hiring the best people is never easy, for a number of reasons. But we know that there are people out there who would love to be given the chance to learn, grow, practice and get a kick-start into their professional life as a software developer.
So we started the HolidayCheck Apprenticeship program. In this program we look for the people who show that they are passionate for programming and want to learn the various things that make a good developer. We started this program beginning of 2018, so we are still learning and every person joining it learns from the previous and teaches the next. So we want to enable the company and the people to become better continuously. For that we create a safe environment where learning is supported, encouraged and guided by a mentor for each apprentice.
