What we're about

We grow organic vegetables and deliver them each week to the food banks in Fullerton. Every week we harvest & deliver. Every week we also work in the garden preparing, planting, weeding. Make friends, everyone learns, no experience necessary, and we end the day happy to have done something really good for the community. Join us in the boat garden on Chapman and Victoria in Fullerton!

If you are interested, please contact the organizer for the days during the week you can come help harvest. We do heavier clearing and weeding on most Saturday mornings. During the home sheltering we are short volunteers and need to coordinate hours to work in the garden.

Adjusted schedule for Seeds of Hope Garden

1231 E Chapman Ave

Due to the Food Bank only receiving harvest during weekdays in the morning. Our garden schedule is shifting. We are still needing volunteers, but we ask that you contact me if you want to come work in the garden; I can give you the latest schedule. Each week we shift the day to harvest depending on the growth and abundance. Often we are still there on Saturday mornings. It is the perfect response to being 'sheltered' all day. Social distancing is easy in the garden, air is clean, work feels good! No Experience is necessary; we provide the gloves and tools ... we either harvest or weed. We'll show you what to do. All the crops are nestled in 8' x5' boat dingys. Every person makes a difference in getting fresh food grown for those people in our community who need our help. See you in the Boat Garden at 1231 E. Chapman in Fullerton.
