Workshops and classes on Sei Ki, a healing art form from Japan, which was created by Akinobu Kishi, one of the great masters of Shiatsu.
Sei Ki involes a personal, Zen like path of becoming oneself in fullness, rediscovering the innate qualites our bodymind has within it, to constantly rebalance and find harmony within. The way of doing this combines self practices, such as Zen sitting, Gyoki Breathing by Hands (Qi Gong) and Katsugen Undo (Regenerative Spontaneous Movement) with a simple non-cognitive compassionate touch practice called Sei Ki Soho, which can be used as a way to help friends and family feel more comfortable within themselves.
We learn to grow ourselves through helping others: wisdom and compassion in action. And its beautiful...
Anyone can learn to do this. Come and join us. There is an Introductory Video on Sei Ki Compassionate Touch by Anthony Fidler here: https://youtu.be/8Bg6QlwDVuM
