Join me on the first Wednesday of every month, to talk parenting, setting intentions for the month and living consciously as you design the life you want while raising dynamic children / teenagers. With 2 children of my own and 15 years experience working with children, teenagers and family's on topics such as overwhelm, anxiety, getting organised, frustration, weight and health issues, academic progress, boundaries, happiness and fulfilment, I am regularly approached for advice on how to get things right! Imagine a world where guilt has no power, you are in control of your life and you are moving forward in the life that you want. This is the place I've gotten to after some focus and determination!
I'm what you would call a reluctant parent. I didn't take to it naturally and felt highly inconvenienced by children as they weren't part of the dream plan! I experienced post-natal depression, alcohol dependence and acute frustration at how my life was going. I had a choice: to feel miserable and have that feeling impact the rest of my family or get educated on the topic of parenting and consciously make choices for myself and my family. My son was recently offered 5 scholarships to prestigious independent schools in the area and my daughter is thriving after a period of anxiety. As a Life Coach, Therapist and workshop facilitator I bring with me feedback from hundreds of children and teenagers about what works for them and a practical approach to parenting including advice, exercises and accountability.
