What we're about
This group is for all those who want to explore emotional/mental boundaries and try something new - to understand yourself, as well as others. Our society generally encourages us to act in a certain way that has been deemed "normal", operating from our rational mind and suppressing our natural emotions and impulses. This results in strained communication, emotional blocks, and loneliness due to the inability to express ourselves as we truly are, and be accepted.
This group will combine concepts and practices of dynamic meditation, sound meditation, conscious dance and movement, circling, writing, and more, with the goal of opening up and sharing ourselves as much as can with others, challenging our comfort zones and holding patterns, and discovering ourselves anew.
