What we're about

I've spent the past year formally studying the science of happiness and practicing the many amazingly effective happiness principles and techniques, and am now a certified happiness trainer. One of the fabulous things I've learned is how to be happy from the inside out, regardless of the circumstances in our lives. Not to say I don't feel negative emotions at times, hey I'm still human, but when I do experience something that evokes a negative emotion, I recover a whole lot quicker now. And, I simply find myself feeling good for no discernible reason. I can't wait to share this with everyone!
