This group is for all those who are interested in balanced self-management which helps us to reach our goals and furthermore to

- make sound decisions
- define goals that fulfill our personal needs
- change our habits and our behavior
- find satisfying solutions for our difficulties

For these issues, self-discipline is not a good way because it is tiresome, unreliable and does not work on the long run. Neuroscience and motivation psychology developed methods that are much more efficient, combining success, well-being and even pleasure.

As a group we will explore these new methods together. Everyone curious and interested in discovering balanced self-management is very welcome.
