Workshop: The Solution-Oriented Approach – A Nice Way To Solve Problems

Workshop:
What can you do when someone tells you about his of her personal problem? Listening to the person is already helpful. What else?

In such situations most people focus on the problem and want to know more about its roots and effects. But analyzing the problem does not necessarily make it disappear. Often we end up seeing nothing other than the problem and we remain stuck.

Another view gives you the solution-oriented approach which you will discover in this workshop. You will experience on yourself the different impact of problem oriented and solution-oriented questions. You will learn what kind of questions you need to ask in order to help others (or yourself) move towards solving his or her problem.
