Do you know you need to make changes to your stress-levels, well-being, your energy and your life, but you don’t know where to start? During our monthly workshops, you’ll learn and use tools such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, also known as Tapping), heart-breathing and colour energy to make changes to your life and those around you. With over 15 years’ experience in transformational and calming techniques and having used these to change her own, her families and clients’ well-being, Andrea Bird’s Self-empowerment EFT Workshops launched at the Pavillion in Upton (next to the library and play area, with free parking) February 2018, have expanded to the Beehive in Chester and continue to increasingly attract and empower attendees to take back control of their stress, feel calmer and more energised .
