Are you shamed by your friends for your quick hiking pace?

Do you seek not only to be one with nature, but to get a decent sweat on climbing mountains?

Look no further. You have found the therapy club for semi-fast hikers. (This is not a trail running club— that’s a whole different vibe).

Our mantra: “go quick, chill where there is a point of interest, then go quick more”

Our therapy is to embrace our natural speed.

What is speed? A 2.5-3 mph pace, even on steep climbs, is totally doable. That translates to about a 20 minute mile on mountainous terrain.

We will explore the lovely hiking trails within 45 min drive of Denver. Typically, selected trails will be close; 20-25 min from Denver. We will meet on weekdays, in the evening, and weekends, typically early.
